Alloy Wheel Restoration Process
Each Alloy Wheel undergoing wheel restoration is inspected for structural damage and must pass our safe to repair standard before proceeding to the next stage. After the safety check, each alloy wheel with structural imperfection is straightened and welded within factory specs before individually getting 100% color matched. Finally the alloy wheel gets prepped for our 3 stage powdercoating process. Each alloy wheel gets a powder coat primer, base coat, and clear coat for a durable long lasting finish.
